Q&A: Gamestop/EB Games?

Hey, I have a lot of video games I want to trade in, and I don't wanna feel stupid. Do I just say "I want to trade these in?" And do I actually get money, or just credit. If I just get credit, is only a 20% next purchase thing, or if I accumulate enough credit can I get a game "free" thx
