"The secondary account keeps all Microsoft Points and gamerscores from their previous Xbox LIVE Gold account when you transfer them to the Gold Family Pack."

What does this mean?

"Only the primary account can purchase Microsoft Points. A secondary account member cannot use a credit card to make purchases on Xbox LIVE and must be granted points by the primary account."
