Q&A: How do i fix the "open tray error" on xbox 360?

Question by pat d: How do i fix the "open tray error" on xbox 360?
I put a game in the drive and it starts reading the disc but a few seconds later it says open tray. I've tried opening the console and getting a look at it myself. Its actually the thing that spins the disc that stops.
