Q&A: How to fix a Playstation Game?

Question by Nick G: How to fix a Playstation Game?
I have a game that I used to play called Driver 3 (Market as Driv3r). I used to love it but now its pretty scratched up and when I play it, It DOES go to the menu but when I try to play a game, go on Story mode, The game says Loading... Forever. Please Help.

Notes:
*This game has done this on ALL PS2s
