Replacing the Xbox 360 DVD Drive.?

Question by Cameron: Replacing the Xbox 360 DVD Drive.?
I thought this was supposed to be an entirely simple process. I take the Drive out, put the drive in, connect the two wires back into the back of it and wallah, my Xbox 360 can now read disks again. I'm reading through this and I'm seeing things like "Spoofing"
